The app communicates with the main data server at The Kjell Henriksen Observatory (KHO) on Svalbard, Norway. The server downloads twice a day the Kp - forecast and the 3-day space weather alerts from the NOAA-SWPC (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Adminstration - Space Weather Prediction Centre). The satellite orbital elements are updated daily from CSSi (Center for Space Standards and innovation). The server also provides an updated list of all-sky camera hyperlinks. No personal data is transmitted back to the internet or any third parties.
